Gloria graduated from the University of Calgary with a BSc in Kinesiology before completing her MSc in Physiotherapy at the University of Alberta. Since graduating, Gloria has completed additional training in a variety of manual therapy techniques and is level 2 certified in functional dry needling/IMS. In addition, Gloria has a special interest in prevention and treatment of running injuries, which stems from her time as a varsity track and field runner. Gloria believes in spending one on one time with her patients in order to perform an accurate assessment and provide an individualized treatment plan. Her treatments may include hands on therapy, dry needling, education, therapeutic modalities and exercise prescription. She always ensures that her clients have the knowledge and tools to take an active role in their recovery. In her spare time Gloria enjoys running on the roads or trails, hiking, skiing, and practicing yoga.
