Kerina is a 2200hr Registered Massage Therapist. She graduated with honours from the Massage Therapy program at Medicine Hat College. She is a member of the Phi Theta Kappa International Honours Society and registered through the MTAA.She specializes in the therapeutic treatment of; postural imbalances, muscle tension, repetitive strain injuries (e.g carpal tunnel syndrome), tension headaches/migraines, sinus pain, nerve impingement, chronic pain, temporal mandibular joint dysfunction (TMJD), whiplash injury, frozen shoulder, plantar fasciitis, and more.Massage modalities include; Therapeutic Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Release, Cupping Therapy (glass), Relaxation Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, MET and Counterstrain Technique, Joint Mobilization, Visceral Techniques for reducing adhesions and tension of internal organs, Intra-Oral Techniques for relief of TMJ pain, and remedial stretching and strengthening exercise for optimal postural and muscle balance.Kerina is motivated by the success and improved quality of life for her clients.
